Discover more about our company wide benefits and life at GSK on our webpage Life at GSK | GSK As a Mover, you will work as part of a team to ensure production lines are serviced to meet schedules, with accurate transactions performed to support operations. You will be responsible for checking and progressing batch documents promptly, while maintaining high standards in compliance with procedures, GMP, and safety requirements. The role ensures tasks are carried out smoothly and efficiently, resolving issues as they arise to achieve production/warehouse schedules and meet customer service, cost, and quality targets. You will be required to work a 24/7 shift pattern. In this role you will… Plan and prioritize workloads based on schedules. Stage, retrieve, reconcile, and transfer materials, samples, and completed orders. Operate counterbalance trucks, electric pallet trucks, and pallet transfer machines. Manage cold chain processes, including frozen APIs and temperature-controlled storage. Clean garments, components, and materials for production areas. Prepare, print, check, and reconcile batch documentation and labels. Utilize MERPS production systems and resolve routine issues. Maintain inventory control, including stock write-offs and returns. Liaise with production staff, team managers, warehouse, engineering, IT, and external suppliers. Provide updates on schedules, quality, and improvements. Ensure effective communication via written reports, meetings, and email. Support team members, integrate new starters, and ensure training compliance. Lead by example and uphold performance, safety, and quality standards. Resolve process, quality, schedule, and documentation issues. Coordinate cross-functional solutions and ensure compliance with procedures. Collaborate with planners to optimize workloads and meet schedules. Order materials, prepare batch documentation, and manage Kanban systems. Propose and implement process improvements. Support 5S culture and use OE tools and techniques. Operate and maintain area machinery, equipment, and IT systems (e.g., MERPS). Adherence to GMP, safety, and compliance standards. Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Minimum 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English). Proficiency in MERPS or similar systems Experience in operating machinery and perform quality checks. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience in GMP-regulated production/warehouse environments. Proficiency in RFID technology, and Kanban systems. Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (-40°C/-70°C freezers, 2–8°C stores). Communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
