Senior Director of Estimating — Data Center Fit-Out Cost Strategy

Job description

Oracle is seeking a Senior Director of Estimating to build and lead an owner-side cost-intelligence function for data-center tenant fit-out and technology infrastructure. This is not a contractor bidding or business-development role. The Senior Director will establish independent, should-cost estimates and market benchmarks that allow us to assess, challenge, and negotiate pricing submitted by co-location providers and low-voltage contractors. The role will also partner closely with Engineering to ensure our design standards deliver the required performance without creating unnecessary cost.
