Visit us at: www.accenture.com/song You are: As a Consumer Manager (Account Director) within Accenture Song, you are a strategic connector and narrative driver embedded in client’s consumer segments, supporting multiple brands. You bring structure and clarity to strategy, brand repositioning, and integrated planning — translating ambiguous direction into actionable plans and compelling outputs that earn leadership alignment and client buy-in. You're someone who thrives at the intersection of big-picture strategy and practical execution. You can synthesize research, data, and business insights into clear strategic direction, and you know how to carry that strategy through into in-market delivery — maintaining oversight and course-correcting when strategy and execution drift apart. You're a strong storyteller who can simplify complexity, influence without authority, and keep cross-functional teams moving in the same direction during a period of meaningful transformation. The work: • Contribute to consumer segment strategy and portfolio brand repositioning across multiple brands - including messaging, creative direction, and positioning outputs • Translate evolving strategic direction into clear, structured plans that teams can understand and act on • Support mobilization and transition to Accenture's new marketing delivery model, identifying friction points and improving ways of working • Lead integrated planning across brand, media, creative, sales, and analytics — ensuring plans are actionable and connected to strategy • Maintain execution alignment and oversight by partnering with PMs and delivery teams to track strategic intent in-market and close gaps • Build performance narratives and leadership materials that support decision-making, KPI tracking, and continuous optimization • Enable feedback loops from execution back into strategy, using data and performance insights to refine direction and drive results Here's what you'll need: Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand strategy, or integrated planning. Experience should include: Demonstrated experience translating strategy into clear plans, narratives, and outputs that drive alignment Experience working within or alongside a complex client organization or marketing transformation initiative Strong background in brand repositioning, campaign planning, or multi-brand portfolio management Bonus points if: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience • Experience supporting or leading marketing transformation and delivery model change • Familiarity with Consumer/CPG or automotive/energy categories • Strong executive communication skills — able to build and deliver leadership-ready narratives and recommendations • Proven ability to collaborate across strategy, creative, media, PM, and analytics functions without formal authority • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward clarity and forward momentum • Experience using performance data and research to inform strategic refinement and in-market optimization Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 10/26/2026.
