We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to support the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Strategy & Innovation organization and lead the strategy, development, and execution of advanced digital capabilities to advance our supply chain management. This role will collaborate closely with business units, technology, and data science to develop strategies that bridge business needs with technology solutions to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and reinforce long term sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the digital product strategy for a robust supply chain portfolio in support of our Integrated Planning function. Provide digital product management and AI enablement for key initiatives across inventory optimization, strategic capacity management, and production scheduling. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to execution, deployment, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain operations, IT, data science, and customers across our business units. Partner with a multi-faceted digital team of Digital Product Managers, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Experience Designers, Testers, and Technical Architects to deliver on evolving product roadmap. Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure digital product performance and value realization to enable cost savings, inventory reduction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive adoption and change management strategies and ensure seamless implementation and engagement of digital tools across supply chain teams. Identify and analyze emerging trends and innovations that can be used for supply chain digital transformation. Continuously assess and evaluate the digital solutions within the portfolio to ensure long term sustainability and adapt to evolving business needs. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain digital assets. Foster a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within our digital teams. Experience and Skills Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Experience Design, or related area of study preferred. Advanced degree preferred. Required: Minimum six (6) years of relevant professional work experience Experience in digital strategy, product management, experience design, or equivalent related experience. Prior experience and knowledge of business processes, technologies, and various digital strategies. Experience leading digital product development, agile methodologies, and product roadmaps. Experience of supply chain processes and performance drivers, with experience in one or more areas such as demand or supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, or scheduling. Experience developing strategies and requirements for both custom digital applications and SaaS platforms. Experience engaging with customers to gain insights and gather requirements for product strategies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal to drive collaboration across customer groups. Familiarity with digital capabilities such as Control Towers, APIs, advanced data analytics, Intelligent Automation, and web application development Proficiency with various common business tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. Proactive, organized, and passionate teammate. Preferred: Prior experience working within a Supply Chain organization, with a focus in Integrated Planning, Network Strategy, or Value Stream Management Prior experience translating supply chain challenges into scalable digital products using custom applications, SaaS platforms, automation or AI-enabled capabilities Experience design skills such as wireframing, mockup design, and information architecture Understanding of agentic AI, machine learning, data science modeling, digital twins, virtual assistants, and value stream mapping Other: May require up to 15% domestic and/or international travel to other sites and locations Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
