The Field Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth, customer engagement, and team performance across Western Denmark. This role combines business leadership, customer partnership, and people development to support the continued growth of the Electrophysiology business. At Johnson & Johnson we are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our Electrophysiology business across Western Denmark. This is an exciting opportunity to combine commercial leadership, customer engagement, and people development while helping bring innovative technologies to patients with cardiac arrhythmias. The position is suitable for both experienced people leaders and high-performing commercial professionals looking to take the next step into leadership. Key Responsibilities Deliver sales, market share, and business objectives within the assigned region. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Consultants and commercial professionals. Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers. Develop and execute local business and account plans. Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical Development, Professional Education, and other cross-functional teams. Support new technology adoption and product launches. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Johnson & Johnson policies and compliance standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Commercial experience within healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in Danish and English. Preferred location is Århus or Vejle Willingness to travel extensively within Denmark. Preferred Experience in Electrophysiology, Cardiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, or a related field. Previous leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential. Located and able to travel and work in the Western region of Denmark Experience working with complex hospital stakeholders.
