This position reports to: Local Division Manager Motion High Power Division Germany __ Key responsibilities The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Applying theoretical academic knowledge in a practical business environment Conducting research and analytical tasks Supporting strategic and operational projects Independently managing assigned work packages within ongoing sales and business development projects Contributing to digitalization and process optimization initiatives Gaining hands-on experience with sales, tendering, and business processes Developing insights into international sales organizations and market structures Utilizing modern analytical tools and CRM systems Researching and preparing information for strategic projects Supporting customer events, trade fairs, and marketing activities Qualifications for the role Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Electrical Engineering & Information Technology or Computer Science / Digitalization Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Initial experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or data analytics Excellent German language skills and good written and spoken English skills Strong analytical thinking skills and an interest in both technical and business-related topics Structured, independent, and reliable working style Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and various business departments Interested in joining our team?
