Invest in us and we’ll invest in you!. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic Cloud Data Migration programme. This role will involve managing a complex technology transformation initiative, coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing third-party vendor delivery. The successful candidate will have strong project management experience, a proven track record delivering cloud migration or infrastructure projects, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of large-scale Cloud Data Migration projects. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies. Coordinate activities across internal teams, external vendors and business stakeholders. Ensure project governance, reporting and documentation are maintained to the required standards. Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate effective communication across all project participants. Manage third-party vendors and track delivery against agreed milestones and objectives. Apply appropriate project management methodologies based on project requirements. Support the successful delivery of additional infrastructure and technology projects as required. Ensure projects are delivered in line with organisational policies, standards and controls. Required Experience Proven experience managing Cloud Data Migration projects. Strong project management background with experience delivering complex technology initiatives. Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated third-party/vendor management experience. Knowledge of a range of project management methodologies with the ability to adapt approaches as required. Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desirable Experience Experience working within highly regulated environments. Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud transformation programmes. Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance requirements within large organisations. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum. Experience managing large-scale data migration, infrastructure, or cloud modernisation initiatives. Skills & Competencies Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation capabilities. Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams. Ability to drive projects to successful completion while managing risks and dependencies.
