What You’ll Be Doing: Drive recruitment support Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities and keep hiring processes running smoothly. Engage with candidates Conduct initial screenings and face-to-face interviews to identify strong talent and create a positive candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support compensation discussions and negotiations. Source top talent Tap into a range of channels, including community networks, colleges, and other sourcing platforms to attract qualified candidates. Keep hiring data organized Maintain accurate records in the ATS and support efficient recruitment reporting and tracking.
