In the role of RDT Business Partner at Roche Digital Technology (RDT) / Informatics, you will make a decisive contribution to turning our vision "Doing now what patients need next" into reality. You are part of RDT Pharma International and belong to the RDT Business Partner team at the preferred location in Grenzach. Here, we combine technological innovation with commercial goals to continuously improve patient care through digital solutions and actively shape the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities | What awaits youIn this role, you will take responsibility for the strategic connection between Roche Digital Technology (RDT) and the assigned business functions to advance Roche's strategic goals through groundbreaking technology solutions. In addition, you will take on the following exciting tasks: Stakeholder Management: You act as a trusted strategic partner and advisor to business leaders, co-create technology-enabled strategies, and proactively drive global process improvements. Bridge between Local & Global: You bundle the local requirements of the business functions (Commercial, Finance, P&C, Supply Chain, etc.), advocate for local needs at the global level when necessary, and conversely bring global standard solutions effectively to Germany. Innovation & Impact: You specifically identify business opportunities and work closely with Product Leads to design, prototype, and continuously develop innovative technological capabilities. Complexity Management: You are accountable for the successful delivery of technology-enabled business outcomes (such as annual revenue goals or patient access) for commercial areas. Problem Solving: In strong partnership with Product Engineering Teams, you are responsible for the escalation and targeted resolution of complex, systemic challenges. Technology Focus: As a Key Opinion Leader, you drive the technological vision forward, manage stakeholders end-to-end, and scale pilot solutions to maximize their added value. Qualifications | Who you areFor this demanding interface role, you bring sound IT knowledge, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills: Education: Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Professional Experience & Industry Knowledge: Sound experience participating in IT projects within complex matrix organizations as well as strong business acumen in the pharmaceutical / life sciences environment. Partnership & Moderation: Proven track record of building trusted relationships across different organizational levels (including management level), as well as strong competence in conflict management and moderating complex interfaces. Language & Communication Skills: You bring excellent communication skills (fluent/negotiating-level English for collaboration in a global environment as well as very good German skills for daily interaction at the Grenzach site). Working Style & Presence: High flexibility, strong analytical skills, and systems thinking, as well as the willingness for on-site presence at the Grenzach location. Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate constructively in cross-functional, agile teams and to actively promote appreciative cooperation.
