The PositionStep into an impactful position as a Marketing Manager – Core Lab at Roche Diagnostics New Zealand (RDNZ), where you will drive marketing strategies, deliver deep subject matter expertise, and bring high-value solutions to our customers and patients. Reporting to the Squad Lead – Roche Diagnostics Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end solution lifecycles, establishing strong partnerships, and enabling continuous business growth. Location: Auckland, New Zealand Subject Matter Expertise: Core-Lab and Haematology experience preferred Experience & Skills: Marketing leadership experience in diagnostics highly advantageous What You Will Be Working On: In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and customer value propositions to drive business growth. Managing the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and market positioning. Establishing strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), industry associations, and executive-level healthcare stakeholders. Leading actionable market insights, competitor mapping, and feature differentiation analysis. Collaborating closely with Strategic Key Account teams to deliver high-quality tender and contract submissions. Providing expert subject matter guidance across internal teams and customer-facing platforms. Monitoring industry trends and experimenting with novel approaches to continuously add customer value. Driving financial performance targets, market share growth, and overall solution profitability. Partnering across squads and communities locally and globally in a unified "OneRoche" approach. Ensuring compliance with supply chain, regulatory standards, and internal Roche processes. Safeguarding organizational culture by role-modeling continuous improvement and an agile growth mindset. Who You Are We are looking for a collaborative, strategic thinker who thrives in complex healthcare environments and is energized by driving meaningful outcomes for customers and patients. Education: Tertiary qualification in pathology, science, business, or marketing or equivalent preferred. Experience: Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, or technical support within diagnostics or healthcare. Subject Matter Expertise: Core-Lab and Haematology experience preferred Strategic Mindset: Skilled at system thinking, strategic planning, and managing execution through cross-functional teamwork. Communication & Networking: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term external partnerships. Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare systems, laboratory processes, and governance in New Zealand is preferred. Agile Leadership: Focused on feedback, continuous learning, and setting aside ego to achieve shared team success. Drive & Passion: Highly motivated to lead, innovate, and challenge the status quo to deliver excellence. Additional Requirements Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
