The Sr. Customer Marketing Coordinator, Facial Aesthetics supports the strategic development and execution of marketing programs for the BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® and KYBELLA® portfolios. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help drive brand growth, execute HCP-focused marketing initiatives, and ensure effective implementation of programs, tools, and tactics that support the injectable franchise. This individual is responsible for monitoring program performance, gathering feedback, execution details, and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role also looks at the best way to maximize efficiencies across BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® and KYBELLA® in order to keep strategic goals aligned and field priorities at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Brand and HCP Marketing Project Ownership Execution of HCP marketing initiatives with a focus on injectable brand growth and field enablement. Assist in the development and execution of annual HCP marketing strategy and tactical plans. Serve as a day-to-day marketing point of contact for the sales team on key initiatives, promotions, and programs. Partner with the consumer brand team to help pull consumer content into practices where appropriate. Partner with Allergan Medical Institute team to help pull educational content into programs and resources when appropriate Development on Annual Operating Plans across brands to ensure efficiency and optimizations Program Tracking, Reporting, and Optimization Develop and maintain tracking tools to monitor field utilization of key programs and initiatives. Track progress, performance, and feedback on brand programs and provide updates to stakeholders as needed. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and share ROI and performance insights with key stakeholders. Monitor expenditures, support budget adherence, and generate purchase orders when appropriate. Oversee CORE4 tracking and reporting for all facial aesthetic brands Maintain competitive inventory for BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® and KYBELLA®tracking activities that are going on in the market landscape Agency and Vendor Alignment Manage day-to-day synchronization with agency partners on job tracking before, during, and after MLRC submission. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep deliverables moving efficiently and on schedule. Organize supply chain and internal activities needed to support brand promotions. Collaborate with sales training to ensure pull-through of brand resources, content, strategies and priorities Field and Event Execution Own trade show and society meeting implementation strategy to ensure injectable brands are represented effectively at relevant industry events. Own PACK quarterly monthly marketing calls involving all brands Organize monthly field advisory board calls, content, and live engagements. Partner with sales training team on leading COE calls Own sampling for BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® and KYBELLA® Own and manage Customer Compass and pre-call planning sales training pull-through across BOTOX® Cosmetic and JUVÉDERM® to ensure efficiencies Provide HCP engagement activities for the brand team, including contracting coordination for HCP programs Attend relevant industry meetings, conferences, and field sales meetings as needed. Oversee placement of internal advertisement for all managers meetings, national sales meetings, and internal meetings Manage the merchandise store for all brands during live promotion periods. Manage field requests for special events with TIM that require special shipments of literature Manage and organize Mobile Locker, Brand Box and TIMs ensuring all resources are accessible, organized and up to date. Sample, Supply, and Promotion Management Manage sample forecasting, budget, distribution, and utilization tracking Track promotional sales reporting and triage field communications Cross-Functional Partnership Build strong working relationships with the Facial Brand Teams, Consumer Marketing, Sales, Tradeshows, AMI, Inside Sales, Alle APP, and Sales Training. Collaborate across internal departments and with external agencies to deliver against brand objectives. Provide timely status updates, highlight risks or issues, and recommend solutions to support goal achievement. Support legal on copyright infringement education with sales teams. Present facial portfolio cross functional POVS, analysis and brand updates across teams and leadership team to help drive strategic growth of business Additional Responsibilities Support company goals, policies, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and regulatory requirements. Perform other marketing duties and responsibilities as assigned. Fluent use in Veeva to manager projects start to finish without agency assistance. Lead liaison for inside sales team for BTXC and JUV, ensuring targeting strategies are pull-through Support patient model contracting for photo/video shoots and background checks Quarterly field visits to understand market landscape and future opportunities for the business Requirements 5+ years of marketing experience Working knowledge of Allergan Aesthetics internal systems and processes. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against project deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong record of execution and collaboration in a complex, matrixed organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the aesthetics industry. Understanding of digital marketing. Strong working knowledge of Veeva and MLRC process. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively across a complex, multifaceted matrixed organization. Ability to roll with the punches and be adaptable with strategic shifts Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage diverse responsibilities. Strong ability to analyze data and clearly communicate insights and recommendations. Proactive, positive, can do attitude Education Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field preferred.
