The Role The eCOA Proposal Manager will join our Study by Study proposal team to lead the end-to-end process for our Veeva eCOA application- from initial protocol scoping through contract execution and change order management. Drawing on clinical trial expertise, this Proposal Manager will analyze protocol requirements to determine the diaries, surveys, and/or assessments, craft accurate proposals, and support our sales Account Partners to resolve any client inquiries in the process to contracting. Utilizing clinical trial systems experience and Veeva product knowledge, the eCOA Proposal Manager will structure the right solution, set the right expectations, and identify the appropriate direction, including staffing, timeframes, and associated costs.
