You will gain hands-on experience across various commercial functions, contributing to business growth and strategic initiatives. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Participate in a structured rotational program across key commercial departments, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management. Assist in developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for Air Liquide Thailand's offerings. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform product/service development. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential and existing clients. Contribute to the management of customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Analyze sales data and commercial performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand IT solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients. Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions. Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Are you a MATCH? Bachelor of engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. Ability to drive, possess driving license and a car Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Google platform. Prior internship or work experience in a commercial or IT-related field is advantageous. A keen interest in Industrial Gases solutions and their application in various industries.
