Sr. Clinical Consultant - Health System Ops (RN required)

Job description

This role supports Federal healthcare clients in improving clinical workflows, operational processes, and adoption of Oracle Health solutions—from workshops and deployment planning through go-live stabilization and optimization. It suits an adaptable, client-focused RN who can translate operational challenges into clear recommendations and stakeholder-ready deliverables. Required qualifications include a BSN, active unrestricted RN license, and 3+ years of clinical, healthcare operations, technology, or consulting experience. Federal healthcare, Oracle Health/Cerner, and implementation experience are preferred; U.S. citizenship, security-clearance eligibility, and up to 80% travel are required. As a member of a consulting team, you will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to evaluate current workflows, support future-state design activities, and assist customers through organizational change associated with technology adoption.
