Band Level 4 Job Description Summary Location: Hybrid. CDMX As Learning Project Manager, you’ll help shape and deliver learning experiences that build commercial capabilities, strengthen product knowledge, and prepare sales teams to succeed in an evolving environment. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to identify development needs, translate business priorities into effective learning solutions, and support important products and commercial programs. Through thoughtful training, coaching, and continuous improvement, you’ll help our teams build the confidence and capabilities they need to deliver greater value for customers and patients. Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales learning strategies aligned with commercial priorities and performance goals. Design engaging training experiences that strengthen sales capabilities, product knowledge, and customer interactions. Assess capability and knowledge gaps to identify and prioritize development opportunities across sales teams. Partner with commercial stakeholders to support learning needs for new products, programs, and business initiatives. Manage learning projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely execution. Coach and support sales teams to build confidence, strengthen skills, and continuously improve performance. Measure learning effectiveness and apply insights to enhance training programs and commercial capabilities. Essential RequirementsExperience developing and delivering sales training, learning, or commercial capability programs. Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders. Ability to assess learning needs and translate business priorities into practical, engaging learning solutions. Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to influence and support diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and drive continuous improvement in learning programs. University Degree required.
