This position reports to: Project Operations Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of projects for Medium Voltage products. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. The work model for the role is:#LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Medium Voltage team in SLP. You will be mainly accountable for: Lead the execution of low to medium complexity ETO projects, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, cybersecurity, and customer satisfaction objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project progress and financial performance, manage risks and opportunities, and drive effective stakeholder communication. Ensure successful project delivery, customer acceptance, and contract close-out. Qualifications for the role: Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience working in similar roles. Solid knowledge of Engineering to order model. Skilled in Microsoft Project, SAP and Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience in risk and cost analysis, forecasting, and budget planning. Advanced English. Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
