Job Description: Werde Teil eines engagierten Teams von Site Ingenieuren im Bereich Rumpf Primär-/Sekundärstruktur, das sich um die Fertigungsbetreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturkomponenten aller Airbus Flugzeug Programme und deren Derivate kümmert. Deine Aufgaben Bearbeitung von Concessions/NC’s und DQN’s in SAP (PAC & PR3) und Beantwortung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen (DtC, DtV) Erstellung und technische Freigabe von Analysemodellen, statischen und/oder dynamischen Berechnungen, Berichten und Studien für Flugzeugstrukturen in Airbus-Programmen (insbesondere A350XWB und Flugzeugprogramme der nächsten Generation) Definition von Analysemethoden und -spezifikationen, Freigabe von Bauunterlagen und Dokumentationen Unterstützung der digitalen Transformation im Bereich Strukturanalyse (Implementierung von Automatisierung, Vereinfachung und Neugestaltung von Prozessen, Methoden und Werkzeugen) Deine Qualifikation Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen / Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Flugzeugstrukturen aus Metall und Composite Idealerweise Technical Approver nach Airbus M1020 im Bereich F&DT oder Statik, oder genug Erfahrung, um die Delegation in kurzer Zeit zu erwerben; Tiefe Kenntnisse in numerischen Berechnungen (Finite-Elemente-Modellierung mit Altair Hyperworks und Nastran oder ähnlichem) und beherrschung analytischer Berechnungsmethoden (ISAMI, HSB, Niu, Bruhn); Offene und neugierige Denkweise sowie eine praktische und agile Vorgehensweise Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung Hast du nicht alle Qualifikationen, aber du hast das Potenzial, dich weiterzuentwickeln? You will be part of an engaged team of Site engineers in the fuselage primary/secondary structure perimeter taking care of the manufacturing/production support and further development of Structural components for all Airbus commercial programs and derivatives. Tasks Handling of Non-Conformities (NC's), Concessions and Design Query Notes (DQN's) in SAP (PAC & PR3) and improvement ideas (DtC, DtV) Creation and technical approval of analysis models, static and/or F&DT calculations, reports and studies for aircraft structures for Airbus programs (specifically A350XWB and next generation Aircraft Programs) Definition of analysis methods and specifications, stress approval of drawing sets and documentation Support the Digital Transformation within the Structural Analysis Community (implement automation, simplification, and redesign of processes, methods and tools) Qualifications University degree in the engineering / aerospace field or similar qualification acquired in another way Experienced in the development of aircraft structures (metal & composite); Ideally technical approver acc. to Airbus M1020 for static and/or fatigue or enough experience to develop and achieve the delegation in an agreed time; Knowledge in numerical calculations (Finite Element Modelling using Altair Hyperworks and Nastran or similar) and proficient in analytical calculation methods (ISAMI, HSB, Niu, Bruhn) Open and curious mindset as well as a practical and agile approach.
