A Day in the LifeA Day in Life Of: Support the introduction of new products and the implementation of products, process, and material changes through development, launch, and production ramp-up Represent the voice of operations, reporting and escalating issues as they arise Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage priorities and deliver results while working in an environment where requirements and priorities may evolve. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Attend Gemba to ensure build execution, process adherence and issue escalation Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, quality requirements and internal procedures Draft, review and update documentation Review line readiness, material availability and documentation completeness prior to build execution Provide support, helping troubleshooting issues as they arise Track build progress and prepare and analyses yield and equipment downtime reports Maintain clear communication of build status, action items and risks to stakeholders Key Skills & Experience Level 8 bachelor’s degree or master’s qualification in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, conferred within the past two years Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast paced, collaborative environment High attention to detail and a commitment to quality Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment Medtronic offer a competitive salary and flexible Benefits Package Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
