We are seeking an Product Intelligence Specialist who combines strong business analysis skills with technical product configuration expertise. The individual will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Customers to configure complex retail solutions, translate business requirements into product configurations, and leverage AI-powered knowledge systems to accelerate solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze customer business requirements. Configure enterprise retail products based on customer needs. Translate business processes into product configurations. Perform gap analysis between legacy and target solutions. Create configurations. Use AI tools to analyze product capabilities, documentation, source code, and customer configurations. Build and maintain reusable configuration templates and knowledge assets. Support implementation, pilot deployments, and production rollouts. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams. Identify opportunities for automation using AI. Validate solution completeness and ensure configuration quality. Support pre-sales with solution demonstrations and technical discovery.
