This Position reports to: Service Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will help accelerate the growth of ABB’s AMR Connected Care business by supporting local Robotics and Service Sales organizations in developing and securing profitable service opportunities. You will act as a global commercial specialist for the AMR service portfolio, working closely with local sales teams, service organizations, product management and other key internal stakeholders. Your focus will be to increase Installed Base penetration, develop recurring service revenue and support the commercialization of Connected Care solutions throughout the AMR lifecycle. The work model for the role is: #Remote The candidate will be based in Spain. This role is contributing to ABB Robotics, AMR Connected Care. Main stakeholders include local ABB Robotics Connected Care organizations, AMR Product Management, Marketing and Communications, Technical Support, Operations, Pricing and Commercial Excellence functions, as well as strategic AMR customers and partners. You will be mainly accountable for: Supporting local ABB Robotics and Connected Care organizations in identifying, qualifying and developing AMR Connected Care opportunities across the Installed Base. Driving the commercial development of Connected Care agreements, lifecycle services, upgrades, retrofits, digital solutions and value-added service offerings. Building and maintaining a assigned pipeline of AMR Connected Care opportunities, ensuring disciplined follow-up, commercial forecasting and CRM opportunity management. Supporting strategic customer engagements, commercial negotiations and complex or multi-country service proposals while enabling local teams with customer-value messaging and sales materials. This position reports to: AMR Connected Care Sales Manager Qualifications for the role Knowledge in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management or a related discipline. Experience in service sales, technical sales, business development or lifecycle services within robotics, automation, logistics or industrial technology. Ability to develop commercial opportunities, value propositions and Installed Base penetration plans with geographically distributed sales organizations. Understanding of service agreements, upgrades, retrofits, recurring-revenue models and the commercialization of digital or software-enabled lifecycle services. Experience working with CRM and commercial management tools, preferably Salesforce or an equivalent platform. Professional proficiency in English. Spanish nice to have. High communication and stakeholder-management skills, as well as change management, resilience, and strategic mindset. Availability for travel according to business and customer needs (60% of the time) Preferred experience and competencies Experience with AMRs, AGVs, industrial robotics, warehouse automation or intralogistics. Previous exposure to global or regional sales organizations and matrix environments. Ability to translate technical service capabilities into measurable customer value. Customer and commercial orientation, consultative selling, stakeholder management, sales discipline, cross-cultural collaboration and the ability to influence without direct authority.
