This position reports to: Production Engineering Manager __ Your Role: Own the Challenge Analyzes production costs, cycle times, and resource utilization; proposes improvements to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Provides technical input for supplier selection and qualification; evaluates supplier capabilities, processes, and quality systems in coordination with Supply Chain Management. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and international engineering teams to implement design improvements, standardize processes, and resolve technical issues. Develops and implements production processes for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and cost targets. What it takes to Run what runs the world Education: BS in Mechanical/Production Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent industry certification Experience: 0-3 years in production, process, or manufacturing engineering Technical Knowledge: Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA) Skills: Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Mindset: Change management and continuous improvement orientation What's in it for you We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
