This position reports to: Support Services Specialist __ Key responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Support the design, revision, and development of training programs and blended learning modules Assist in the execution, optimization, and administration of processes related to apprenticeships and dual study programs Represent ABB and its partner companies at career fairs, school events, and other recruitment activities, inspiring potential candidates to join our programs Create engaging presentations and content related to apprenticeships and dual study programs Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive learner and candidate experience Qualifications for the role Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, Business Education, or a related field Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about personal and professional development Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work High level of initiative and ability to work independently Reliable, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Interested in joining our team?
