What you will do in this role We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administration Assistant to support our order management operations. This role is responsible for transferring information from Excel spreadsheets into our order processing platform, ensuring all data is entered accurately and efficiently. This is an entry-level administrative position with no customer interaction responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to maintain data quality and support the smooth processing of sales orders. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately transfer data from Excel files into the company's order processing system. Create, update, and maintain sales order records within internal platforms. Verify information before submission to ensure completeness and accuracy. Identify and report data discrepancies or errors to the appropriate internal stakeholders. Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with operational standards. Perform routine administrative and data entry tasks in support of sales operations. Maintain confidentiality and security of business information. Support process improvement initiatives by highlighting recurring data issues. Meet productivity and quality targets related to order processing activities. Requirements Essential Good level of English, both written and spoken. Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow defined processes and procedures. Basic computer literacy and experience using multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Preferred Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, back-office operations, or order processing. Experience working with CRM, ERP, or order management platforms.
