Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Serve as a senior member of the Electrical Engineering team, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deliver critical product enhancements and next-generation robotic systems from concept through production. Responsibilities include architecture, design, prototyping, verification, validation, certification, and manufacturing support. Support multiple concurrent R&D initiatives while collaborating with global technical teams to achieve program objectives and project milestones. Drive improvements in product quality, reliability, and performance across the Pharmacy Automation portfolio through a combination of hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and innovative electrical engineering solutions. Develop electrical solutions for both new and sustaining products, including manufacturing test systems, automated test applications, system diagnostics tools, monitoring capabilities, and support for existing PCB designs. Create, maintain, and release technical documentation supporting hardware development, system integration, manufacturing, and service activities. Provide technical leadership and support for regulatory compliance and certification activities across multiple product lines. Skills and Experience Strong background in motion control, AC power electronics, motor drives, sensors, servo systems, embedded controls, and industrial automation. Extensive experience with Altium Designer is strongly preferred, including schematic capture, PCB layout, design reviews, manufacturing documentation, and full PCBA development lifecycles. Proficiency in C/C++ software development is highly desired, particularly for embedded systems, hardware integration, test applications, and engineering tool development. Hands-on experience with LabVIEW is a major plus, including the development of automated test systems, manufacturing test platforms, and validation tools. Familiarity with C# is a major bonus, especially for developing engineering utilities, diagnostics software, manufacturing test applications, device communications, and user interfaces. Demonstrated experience developing system-level electrical architectures for complex electromechanical products. Ability to build, modify, debug, and validate prototype PCB assemblies, cables, and laboratory test setups. Experience obtaining and maintaining regulatory certifications for products requiring UL 61010, UL 60601, CE, and TÜV compliance. Experience supporting EMC/EMI design, testing, troubleshooting, and certification activities. Strong hands-on engineering aptitude with the ability to move seamlessly between system architecture, circuit design, laboratory debugging, manufacturing support, and product commercialization.
