The Executive Associate, IT enables effective leadership and execution across the IT DX organization by driving strategic coordination, executive communications, and governance. Partners closely with the Head of Diagnostics IT to structure priorities, prepare leadership engagements, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and ensure disciplined follow-through on key initiatives, decisions, and organizational objectives.Apply now for the position of Executive Associate, IT and support the effective coordination, execution, and communication of key priorities across the Diagnostics IT organization. Your role: You will support the Diagnostics Head of IT in driving organizational priorities, ensuring structured execution, transparency, and operational follow-through across key initiatives. You will prepare and orchestrate leadership engagements (e.g., management meetings, townhalls, workshops), ensuring clear agendas, high-quality materials, and actionable outcomes. You will structure and track strategic and operational topics across IT, maintaining visibility on progress, dependencies, and risks. You will coordinate cross-functional alignment within IT, acting as a central interface between teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and timely decision-making. You will drive preparation of executive communications, presentations, and briefings, translating complex topics into concise, management-ready formats. You will establish and maintain governance rhythms (e.g., reporting, follow-ups, action tracking), ensuring disciplined execution of key initiatives. You will support ad-hoc analysis, decision preparation, and problem-solving on priority topics within the IT organization. You will contribute to continuous improvement of collaboration, communication, and operational effectiveness across the broader IT organization. Your expertise: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, project/program management, or similar roles in complex, enterprise environments (preferably in IT or digital transformation contexts). Strong ability to structure complex topics, synthesize information, and drive clear, actionable outcomes. Proven experience in preparing and facilitating leadership interactions (e.g., workshops, management meetings, executive communications). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a global, matrixed IT organization. High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail, combined with a pragmatic, hands-on working style. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure follow-through. Ability to translate strategic objectives into operational actions, supporting execution in a structured and disciplined manner. Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and senior management exposure. Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations and communication materials for executive audiences. The base pay range for this position is: $128,480 - $176,660 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
