Job Description: Product Manager, Neuroscience & Rare DiseaseLocation: Colombia | Hybrid At Ipsen, we believe in creating real impact every day for patients and society. We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the growth and success of our Neuroscience and Rare Disease portfolio in Colombia. This is an opportunity to shape brand strategy, influence healthcare outcomes, and work at the forefront of innovation in specialty care. What you'll doLead the development and execution of brand strategies and long-term growth plans. Identify market opportunities through customer, patient, and market insights. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Deliver impactful customer engagement and omnichannel marketing initiatives. Monitor business performance and optimise investments to drive sustainable growth. Support product lifecycle management and future launch readiness. Build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, scientific societies, and patient organisations. What you'll bringMinimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as a Product Manager. Strong understanding of Neuroscience and/or Rare Disease markets. Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies. Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
