Manager, Global Hardware Enablement (ATKL)

Job description

Responsibilities Lead and develop the GHWE KL team. Manage NPI/NTI Test Hardware projects and ensure on-time delivery. Drive project execution, risk management, and issue resolution. Manage hardware suppliers and monitor schedule, quality, cost, and performance. Lead supplier selection and sourcing activities. Coordinate with BL, GNTC, Procurement, Quality, and manufacturing sites. Oversee FTK (Full Turnkey) project deployment and execution. Ensure compliance with GHWE processes, HRS, and ARAS. Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and process optimization. Provide project status updates and support management escalations when required. Requirements Technical Strong knowledge of Test Hardware solutions (PCB, Load Board, Probe Card, Socket). Understanding of NPI/NTI processes and hardware development flow. Experience with supplier qualification and technical reviews. Familiarity with ARAS, HRS, and hardware release processes. Leadership Team leadership and coaching skills. Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts. Effective escalation and risk management capability.
