AbbVie is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Rheumatology Sales Team in Israel on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is responsible for covering the Middle to Southern region of Israel, partnering with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders across the territory. In this role, you will drive sales performance, build strong customer relationships, and bring value to patients through the successful execution of AbbVie's brand strategy. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver business results while maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance and deliver agreed brand objectives, KPIs, and territory targets across the Middle to Southern region of Israel. Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation in order to continuously improve sales performance. Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action in order to close on every sales call. Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges in order to build trusted customer relationships and to achieve win-win agreements between AbbVie and customers. Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize access and sales opportunities. Continuously build expertise in customer needs, territory dynamics, market trends, competitors, and the therapeutic area to identify business opportunities and challenges. Provide timely market intelligence and customer insights to the field team, brand team, and sales leadership to support decision-making and enhance brand strategy execution. Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates in order to maximize brand performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Valid driver's license. Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills. Business acumen with the ability to analyze opportunities and translate insights into actions. Ability to adapt communication and selling approaches to different customer profiles and needs. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional organization. Flexibility regarding working hours and travel within the assigned territory. Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales. Experience in Rheumatology, Immunology, or other specialty-care therapeutic areas. Previous experience in physician-focused or account-based selling within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong scientific and clinical understanding, with the ability to communicate complex medical information effectively.
