The National Sales Manager for Radiometer is responsible for coaching your sales teams to increase market share and sales revenue through promotion of Radiometer portfolio of products consisting of blood gas analyzers, POC immunoassay analyzer, transcutaneous monitors, POC IT solutions and Samplers. This position is part of the Sales Function located in Bangalore and will be in an onsite set-up. Your core area of responsibility is leading sales teams in driving revenue within your defined region. You will be instrumental in contributing towards strategic growth along with employee engagement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive the sales revenue and focus on standard margin improvement for India and neighboring markets. Increase profitability of existing accounts by analyzing product and service portfolios and optimizing price points or product mix Define overall sales strategy for the region, including long-term and short-term plans, effective metrics to track progress and rewards programs to drive sustainable growth and increase competitive wins Demonstrate strong negotiation and commercial skills, partner with Marketing and other cross functional teams to finalize complex deals thereby helping the company in attaining incremental revenue & growth targets. Has both strategic and tactical capabilities, can analyze the market, competitors and company strengths and opportunities for creating winning sales strategies for market penetration and be hands-on with execution at detailed level. Provide strategic oversight and direction for channel partner operations, monitoring partner performance, market expansion, and alignment with national sales objectives Outstanding interpersonal skills and executive presence with an ability to work with people in a matrixed global organizational set-up dealing with both internal & external stakeholders at multiple levels for gaining buy-in and engagement. Relentlessly attract, engage, and develop people. Build strong relationships by establishing significant credibility, trust, and support within the team, and develop strong followership. Utilize CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and manager customer relationships efficiently. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or a related discipline, with strong knowledge of the healthcare and diagnostics landscape in the Indian market. 10+ years of experience in complex clinical sales, preferably selling into hospitals or acute care environments, with strong preference for point-of-care diagnostics experience. Minimum 7 years of proven people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. Demonstrated experience managing significant revenue responsibility, preferably USD 50M+ or equivalent, with accountability for growth, profitability, and commercial execution. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time across India and South Asia, based on business needs.
