Job Description: An opportunity for a Process Engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo). The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization. Our team collaborates across multifunctional teams, contributing to the success of key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A, and 330. RESPONSIBILITIES Optimize existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and line balancing for ramp-up. Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes. SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills? Apply! We are looking forward to knowing you: Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline. Experience: At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering. Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations; high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability. Languages: Advanced level in English. Technical knowledge: Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, and advanced CATIA skills.
