Job Description: As a Data Analytics, Data Science & AI Manager, you will lead the strategic transformation of complex operational data into cutting-edge AI and advanced analytics solutions. Operating at the intersection of supply chain execution, predictive engineering, and machine learning, you will drive the design and deployment of end-to-end data products, automated workflows, and enterprise AI models across the Procurement Operations Cabin Supply Chain and Quality environment. Bridging the gap between modern IT infrastructure and core business operations, you will serve as a key technical leader—fostering an AI-first, data-driven culture to optimize end-to-end performance and business excellence. Your location You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Solid foundation in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum) Outstanding ability to articulate complex technical architectures, model outcomes, and AI capabilities to non-technical executive leadership and cross-functional teams ​Advanced proficiency in Python and production-grade SQL (skills in R or additional languages are a plus) Ideally, proven hands-on experience deploying Machine Learning algorithms, predictive analytics, or enterprise AI/LLM solutions in operational environments Languages: Fluency in English is required; German skills are beneficial Not a 100% match?
