
Lean & Process Excellence Manager

Job description
Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Lead Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement workshops. Apply Lean methodologies and tools to identify and eliminate waste. Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Coach and train employees and leaders in Lean principles and methodologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and other Finance processes. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process risks. Design and implement standardized and scalable process solutions. Ensure best practices are identified, documented, standardized, and replicated across the organization. Identify opportunities for AI based process automation and optimization. Lead Finance transformation initiatives and projects. Support organizational change and stakeholder engagement activities. Develop communication and training concepts for improvement initiatives. Facilitate alignment between SSC, business stakeholders, and leadership teams. Ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. Qualifications: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience in Process Excellence, Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or related functions. Lean Admin certification preferred. Experience within Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments preferred. Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements and productivity gains. Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects. Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Experience with process mapping and process optimization. Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
