Job description

Responsibilities: Responsible to ensure the shipments on time with the correct invoicing, paperwork and ASN sending Responsible for trials and non productive materials shipments according management directions Responsible of shipping and receiving board filling Responsible for productive and MRO incoming process Ensure the lines feeding process on time to avoid any downtime Responsible of FIFO Ensure inventory accuracy of 99% in finish goods and raw materials Management of warehouse clerks Be in contact with customer service to keep updated the requirements and anticipate the shipments advising for any lack of material or issue that can jeopardize the customer satisfaction Qualifications: Technical Career, Industrial Engineering, or similar Customer knowledge (expectations, specifications, platforms, processes, etc.). Customer issues management (backlog, complaints, etc). Supplier issues management (backlog, complaints,etc.). Customer plataforms: GM FORD, (Stellantis).
