The Senior Medical Affairs Manager – Solid Tumours is responsible for supporting the continuous development and execution of the Medical Affairs strategy for GSK's endometrial cancer asset in Germany. The role will focus on ensuring scientific leadership throughout the product lifecycle. As a key member of the oncology medical team, the individual will identify and address scientific evidence gaps, generate actionable insights from external stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient outcomes. The role requires deep expertise in women’s cancer/solid tumours, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. In this role you will Support the development and execution of the Medical Affairs strategy for GSK's marketed endometrial cancer asset in Germany. Drive scientific differentiation and disease area leadership throughout the product lifecycle. Identify evidence gaps, generate actionable medical insights and translate findings into strategic recommendations. Build and maintain scientifically credible relationships with key opinion leaders, academic centres, study groups and professional societies. Lead scientific exchange activities, including advisory boards, expert meetings and congress engagement. Support evidence generation activities, including real-world evidence, collaborative research and investigator-sponsored studies. Partner closely with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations and Global Medical teams to support integrated asset strategy and execution. Contribute to medical education, publication planning and development of scientific materials. Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations, industry codes and GSK policies. Basic Qualifications & Skills We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline. Significant Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Strong Oncology expertise with demonstrated experience in solid tumours. Experience supporting marketed assets and lifecycle management activities within Germany. Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated experience contributing to Medical Affairs strategy and execution. Experience engaging with key opinion leaders, scientific experts and academic research networks. Strong understanding of the German healthcare system and reimbursement environment. Proven ability to work effectively across complex matrix organisations and cross-functional teams. Fluent German and English language skills. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred. If you do not have them, please still apply: PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent advanced scientific qualification. Experience in women's cancers, gynecologic oncology/endometrial cancer. Established scientific network within the women's cancers community. Experience with real-world evidence generation, investigator-sponsored research or data-generation programmes. Clinical research experience within oncology. Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority in a matrix environment. Excellent communication and scientific engagement skills. Strong collaboration skills with a patient-focused and scientifically driven approach.
