As a Digital Designer, you will create engaging visual experiences across digital, web, social media, motion graphics, and illustrations. Working collaboratively with Creative, Marketing, and Communications teams, you will translate business objectives and creative concepts into compelling, on-brand experiences across multiple channels. This role requires strong visual design skills, technical proficiency, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Digital & Web Design: Create engaging web pages, digital experiences, campaign assets, and other digital content with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, UX, and responsive design. Social Media: Design graphics, animations, and video content optimized for social media channels and platform specifications. Motion Graphics: Develop animations, transitions, typography, and motion graphics that enhance digital campaigns and communications. Illustration: Create original illustrations and visual assets that enhance digital requests while adhering to established brand guidelines and visual styles. Brand Stewardship: Apply brand guidelines consistently while maintaining a high level of creativity and visual quality. Project Management: Manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, incorporate feedback, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Review and refine deliverables to ensure accuracy, technical quality, brand compliance, and optimization for the intended channel. Innovation: Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-enabled creative tools to improve workflows and creative output. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in graphic, digital, multimedia, or related design roles. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, web, social media, motion graphics, and illustration. Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. Figma experience strongly preferred. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative and business teams. Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Problem Solving: Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions within brand, technical, and business requirements. The base pay range for this position is: $68,160 - $93,720 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
