Business Messaging and Enterprise Marketing sits within the Business Marketing Group (BMG), Meta's B2B marketing organization. We build Meta's enterprise-grade brand and drive growth for Paid Messaging and Meta Business Agent, going to market through an integrated model with Sales, Partnerships, and our business solution provider ecosystem - reaching enterprise decision makers across IT, procurement, and the C-suite. We are seeking an experienced Automation & Delivery Manager to own the last-mile execution engine for Business Messaging marketing. You will build and operate the automation that takes integrated campaigns from brief to in-market across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, WhatsApp, email, and events, and own the systems, governance, and data hygiene that make delivery reliable at scale. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of marketing technology and campaign operations. You will be the connective tissue between integrated marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, Sales, analytics, and MarTech engineering, while bringing AI and agentic tooling into the delivery workflow. You'll be comfortable working autonomously and making platform decisions, while collaborating to seek feedback and input where appropriate.
