Job description

Develop and implement test handling solutions for new packages and products. 1. Develop and implement test handling solutions for new packages and products Support for the equipment benchmarking and sourcing of new equipment Execute for new test-cell qualification, buyoff, acceptance and release. Contribute to the harmonization of equipment, test technologies, and engineering processes across manufacturing sites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test handling solutions meet product and manufacturing requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, reliability, and cost reduction. 1. Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. Experience with semiconductor handling equipment such as Pick & Place, Gravity Feed, Strip Test, or similar platforms is preferred. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
