About the job In this role, you're responsible for delivering high-impact business reporting, data modelling, and analysis, with a strong focus on pricing processes and data. You support strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence by turning complex business needs into actionable insights. Working closely with stakeholders across business units, finance, operations, and IT, you help ensure data-driven strategies align with organizational goals. You develop and maintain dynamic reporting solutions and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility across our organization. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement, streamline reporting processes, and reduce redundancy by promoting automation and standardized practices. Through analysis of existing workflows, you initiate process enhancements and automated solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen data collection, and support global pricing analysis. Job responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert in reporting systems, services and analytics. Data modelling & report and dashboard development. Drive continuous improvement in reporting, modelling, processes and tools. Support the implementation of new systems and services. Manage reporting lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, access control and relevance. Provide training and communication on reporting tools and insights. Lead cross-functional and cross-regional analysis projects that inform strategic decisions. Location and flexibility The position is flexible within Europe. Your profile We're looking for someone with experience in business analysis, reporting, or consulting, with a strong background in pricing. A relevant university degree and proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential. Certifications in data analytics or visualization are a plus. Your background includes: Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, particularly Power BI and Azure-based solutions. Experience with reporting and data warehousing solutions, dataset modelling, and dashboard development. An understanding of data integration from multiple sources. Experience developing dashboards and data models in large, multinational environments. You’re a self-starter who thrives in a virtual, global work environment. With strong communication skills, you present complex data in a clear and compelling way. You bring a customer-focused mindset, collaborate effectively across teams and are capable of leading projects with minimal supervision. You think critically, solve problems creatively, and are always eager to learn and innovate. Additionally, your ability to influence, train others, and work across time zones makes you a valuable asset to our team.
