Responsibilities: Development and continuous improvement of innovative sealing solutions for compressors and other turbomachinery Independent management of development projects from concept phase through to successful market launch Planning, execution and evaluation of development, qualification and validation testing Design and further development of modular product platforms and intelligent modular systems for seal product families Close collaboration with international customers, suppliers, as well as manufacturing and service locations Contributing to future-oriented technologies for applications in hydrogen, CO₂, energy transition and decarbonization Development of sustainable and emission-free sealing solutions for a climate-friendly industry Qualifications: Successfully completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Fluid Mechanics or a comparable engineering discipline Experience in the development and design of technical products, ideally in the field of turbomachinery, sealing technology or related industries Proficient in the use of modern 3D CAD systems Experience in leading technical development projects is desirable Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a high level of initiative and sense of responsibility Strong teamwork and communication skills, with enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary and international teams Very good written and spoken German and English skills, as well as willingness to undertake occasional international business travel ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
