Delivery Assurance Manager

Job description

The APAC Delivery Assurance role is responsible for driving delivery excellence across the APAC Region by managing supply chain escalations, coordinating allocation activities, and ensuring critical customer delivery commitments are met. Working closely with Business Centres (BC), Delivery Operations (DO), Project Managers (PM), PMO, Global Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders, this role balances customer priorities with supply availability to support revenue achievement and customer satisfaction.
