Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Must have skills : SAP Project System (PS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking ownership of prototype development and delivering innovative software engineering solutions aimed at enhancing the overall user experience. This position requires transforming design ideas into functional prototype models swiftly while carefully considering both the technical feasibility and the original design vision. The role demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions are practical, user-friendly, and aligned with project goals, fostering an environment where creativity and technical insight come together to optimize user interactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in user experience through prototype iterations. - Facilitate communication between design and development teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS). - Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and integration within enterprise resource planning environments. - Experience in translating complex design requirements into practical software solutions. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues related to project system modules. - Familiarity with user interface design principles and their application in prototype development. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
