In this role, you will combine your technical knowledge, clinical experience, and commercial skills. You will work directly in hospitals and operating rooms, providing clinical and technical support to physicians in the use of our technologies while also developing business opportunities and customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, healthcare, and working with people. You will work closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and the sales team in the field of arrhythmology and CIEDs (Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices) – implantable devices used to treat heart rhythm disorders, such as pacemakers and cardioverter-defibrillators. In addition to providing support during procedures, you will present products, identify customer needs, and contribute to developing business opportunities. The role involves regular travel within one assigned region of Slovakia and offers the opportunity to develop both your technical and commercial skills in a clinical environment. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within the Arrhythmia division in the assigned region while building long-term customer relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and support their education on Medtronic products and services Provide technical and clinical support to physicians and healthcare staff during implant procedures in the operating room and during outpatient follow-up visits Provide customers with technical expertise and guidance on specific applications and help them identify suitable solutions Present technical and clinical topics at meetings and directly to customers Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher from a technical university A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, or a related field is an advantage Willingness to travel within the assigned region of Slovakia Ability and willingness to learn about new technologies and medical devices Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. ‌ Recruitment Fraud Alert We are aware of phishing scams targeting job seekers.
