Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist We have an opportunity for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist highly experienced, commercially astute Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Ireland Dublin Supply Chain organization. A seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience operating in complex, fast-paced manufacturing environments and a proven ability to deliver results through supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing initiatives, and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing global suppliers, negotiating commercial agreements, driving productivity improvements, managing supply chain risks, and supporting business growth through effective sourcing strategies. This individual must be analytical, logical, commercially minded, and comfortable operating within a dynamic international environment. Equally important, they must be excellent relationship builder who can work effectively with people across different functions, cultures, and regions while maintaining the ability to challenge suppliers and drive accountability when required. Flexible Hybrid Working: 3 office days for collaboration and 2 remote workdays for added flexibility.
