This Position reports to: IS Service Owner In this internship, you will support the User Access Management (UAM) processes for Treasury and Finance applications, systems, and bank portals. The position combines technical system administration with coordination of access lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of UAM processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external vendors and banks. About the Internship: Work in a modern office in Kraków Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home) We expect availability of at least 30 hours per week All students are welcome to apply, especially those who are interested in IT, Security, Economics and Banking You will be mainly accountable for: Manage and process user access requests for Treasury/Finance applications Actively contribute to the optimization and automation of User Access Management processes Engage with end users to gather required information and ensure timely resolution of support requests Interaction with process documentation, including standard operating procedures Requirements: Current Student Status Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Basic Excel Skills A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
