We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Python, and AI-powered application development, Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI solutions. Experience with React-based front-end development and AWS cloud technologies would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, architecting scalable solutions, and delivering modern AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and cloud-native technologies. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, mentor developers and AI engineers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive innovation through the adoption of AI and modern engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance applications using React, Python, and AWS. Architect and deliver AI-powered solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows where appropriate. Mentor and guide developers and AI engineers, promoting engineering excellence and best practices. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative technical solutions. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and modern software engineering practices. Integrate AI services, cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and external APIs into business applications. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex production issues. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, software engineering trends, and cloud-native best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role. Expert-level Python development Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices. Experience with AWS cloud services, application architecture, and modern DevOps practices. Understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), design patterns, and software engineering best practices. Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Technical Skills AI & Machine Learning Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience developing AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies Understanding of prompt engineering, prompt optimisation, and AI evaluation techniques Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications. Programming & Engineering Python ReactJS REST APIs Git CI/CD Distributed systems design Cloud & Platform AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker or similar services) Containerization using Docker Kubernetes (desirable) Desirable Skills Experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and modern front-end development frameworks Experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalent cloud technologies. Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures. Hands-on experience with AWS AI services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, or related AI platforms. Experience with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and AI evaluation frameworks. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures. Experience mentoring teams and driving technical strategy across multiple projects. Familiarity with digital assets, financial technology (FinTech), trading platforms, tokenization, blockchain ecosystems, or related financial services domains is desirable Why Version 1?
