Job description

Requirements: 4+ years of experience in System Analysis/Product Management/Development Proven ability & experience in system analysis of complicated, enterprise systems Planning and conducting analysis sessions with all customers, internal and external Defining product specifications and features Experience with user web applications design and analysis Good understanding of Enterprise Software (tools and processes) Understand data modeling Experience in leading development of a web-based applications from inception to deployment PMP / PM certification preferred Experience leading data center implementation, upgrade or hosted application implementation and upgrades. Advantages: Medical Informatics / Healthcare IT experience Previous experience and knowledge of products lifecycle Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) Experience in UX design, Human Centered design and best practices Personal Skills and Characteristics: Highly responsible, accountable, independent, and self motivated Multi tasker Ability to work in a distributed work environment (different locations, cultures & time zones) Strong problem solving and decision making skills Strong communication skills Stakeholder management skills Backlog prioritization skills Presentation/Demo skills Product documentation skills Education: Bachelor's degree - Preference to Computer Science / Information Systems Engineering Studies
