Job Description The Associate Brand & Customer Manager Oncology will support the development and execution of the Women’s Cancers business strategy across key oncology indications, including breast and gynecologic cancers. As part of the Oncology cross-functional team, you will work closely with the Franchise Manager, Brand & Customer Managers, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives aligned with both local and global priorities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strategic marketing capabilities while developing a deep understanding of the oncology market, customer needs, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of brand and customer strategies for the Women’s Cancers portfolio. Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. Contribute to portfolio prioritization and business planning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing and customer engagement programs. Support the development and localization of promotional and non-promotional materials in compliance with company policies. Assist in planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns, educational initiatives, and scientific events. Monitor key business indicators, analyze performance, and provide recommendations to optimize execution. Support budget management, forecasting activities, and tracking of project deliverables. Build a strong understanding of customer journeys, stakeholder needs, and evolving market dynamics within oncology. What You Bring: Strong interest in oncology, marketing, and customer engagement.
