Your Role As Marketing Associate – AI & Digital Transformation, you will support practical AI and digital projects across the EMEA Marketing organisation during a six-month assignment. Working under the guidance of strategic marketing and project leads, you will help analyse data, identify opportunities to simplify processes, and build and test prototypes that address real business needs. Your work will support better marketing insights, more efficient reporting, and the adoption of useful digital tools. This role is suited to an early-career candidate who enjoys solving problems, experimenting with technology, and turning ideas into practical solutions. Relevant university projects, internships, and personal projects are valued. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of AI, data analytics, and digital transformation projects within EMEA Marketing. Work with strategic marketing colleagues to understand business needs and identify opportunities for automation and improved reporting. Collect, cleanse, transform, and validate data to support reliable analysis and reporting. Help develop dashboards and visualisations that translate marketing data into clear, actionable insights. Rapidly build and test prototypes, such as automated workflows, reporting tools, and AI-assisted solutions, with guidance from project leads. Explore Generative AI and prompt engineering to support relevant marketing use cases, including information synthesis, knowledge access, and content workflows. Test outputs for accuracy, relevance, and usability, and refine solutions based on feedback. Document workflows, findings, and user guidance to support adoption and project handover. Help track project progress and benefits, such as time saved, improved data quality, and reduced manual work. Follow company requirements for data privacy, information security, and responsible use of AI. Qualifications and Skills Relevant education in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and business process automation. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with close attention to data quality and detail. Ability to learn new tools quickly and translate business questions into practical approaches. Ability to explain findings clearly to colleagues with different levels of technical knowledge. A collaborative approach, curiosity, and the ability to organise assigned tasks and meet agreed deadlines. Good written and spoken English to work across the EMEA organisation. Experience That Would Be an Advantage Exposure to Generative AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering through academic, personal, or professional projects. Familiarity with one or more Microsoft data and AI platforms: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure AI. Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or prototyping. Practical experience in data cleansing, transformation, modelling, and visualisation. Exposure to marketing analytics, campaign reporting, customer insights, or process improvement. Experience with every listed technology is not required.
