Senior IT Architect

Job description

The Senior IT Architect serves as the enterprise technical expert for the Microsoft 365 tenant environment, with a Microsoft 365 Copilot administration component. The role contributes to the development of Copilot architecture, governance, and adoption across the organization. Alongside maintaining a healthy Microsoft 365 tenant, this position promotes responsible AI adoption at scale. The ideal candidate pairs deep Microsoft 365 tenant administration expertise with strong knowledge of AI strategy, Copilot architecture, and agent governance. You will report directly to our Lead IT Architect, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
