The Director, Enterprise Rewards Partner is responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic initiatives, operating model enhancements, governance frameworks, and cross-functional programs that span Compensation, Executive Compensation, Benefits, HR M&A, Mobility, Recognition, and Health and Wellness. The role partners closely with Total Rewards leaders and stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, HR Service Delivery to ensure strategic priorities are effectively translated into scalable solutions, disciplined execution plans and sustainable operating models. In addition, the role retains responsibility for compensation support of Danaher’s corporate functions, providing compensation consultation, analytics and program administration support to functional leadership teams. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Compensation, is part of the Global Total Rewards team, and is fully remote within the United States, with preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive Transformation and Operating Model ExcellenceLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards operating models, governance structures, and transformation initiatives to improve effectiveness, scalability, and stakeholder experience. Enable Enterprise Governance and Strategic ExecutionDevelop and maintain governance frameworks that support enterprise decision-making, prioritization, risk management, and execution across the Total Rewards portfolio. Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, operating reviews, and leadership updates to drive visibility, accountability, and alignment. Support Corporate Functions CompensationServe as a strategic compensation partner for designated corporate functions by providing market insights, compensation planning support, and program guidance. Contribute to the ongoing effectiveness of compensation programs through governance, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. The essential requirements of the job include: 10+ years of experience in compensation, parallel fields (e.g., finance, people/data analytics, HR Business Partnering) or professional services/consulting or in a large global company. Experience in the development and delivery technology solutions that enable and enhance the execution of a corporation’s global people strategy; specific experience with Workday a plus. Strong technical data skills, including advanced Excel proficiency Experience with M&A due diligence and integration. Aptitude for strong project management skills – ability to balance multiple priorities with strong organization while maintaining a high attention to detail and sense of urgency Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Occasional travel not to exceed 25% Danaher offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The annual salary range for this role is $185,000 - $215,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
